Ordering

  • Orders completed on the official online store of Phiten (HK) will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped within 2 to 4 working days after your order is confirmed.
  • All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update the information on the website, or cancel orders due to inaccuracies or omissions. We will not charge your credit card until your order enters the shipping process. If we cancel your order after charging your credit card, we will refund the full amount you have paid to your account. Phiten(HK) reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with our terms and conditions.

Delivery Fee:

Except for promotions and discounts specifically noted in the official online store, general shipping costs are as follows:

  • Free shipping for purchases over $499 in Hong Kong SAR
  • Free shipping for purchases over $599 in Macau

S.F. Express Locker self-pickup service (Only in Hong Kong SAR, China)

  • Customers can choose to pick up their items at designated SF Express lockers during checkout.
  • Please double-check that the Hong Kong phone number you entered (+852) can receive Hong Kong text messages (SMS).
  • After payment is confirmed, it usually takes 1-2 working days to process and ship the order, depending on stock availability.
  • After the order is shipped, they will generally be delivered to the designated SF Express locker within 2-3 working days. Your phone number will receive a SMS with the pickup password sent by SF Express.
  • Customers can go to the designated smart locker and enter the password to pick up the order.
  • Please pick up the order within 24 hours after receiving the SMS. For arrangements for overdue goods, please call SF Express Customer Service Hotline +852 2730 0273 for enquiries.


Delivery tracking & Change shipping address:

  • Please directly contact SF Express (general delivery service).
  • After the order is shipped, if you need to change the address, please contact SF Express to make other arrangements. The additional costs incurred must be borne by yourself。
  • If the customer is unable to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements. If the parcel fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may will be cancelled by SF Express and we will not make a refund.
